We send within 48 hours of order input. All orders that reach us before the following deadline arrive at you before Christmas.

Shipments to Germany: 19.12.
Shipments to Austria: December 18.
Shipments in Switzerland: December 17th.

The shipping takes place via DHL package.

From handing over the programs to DHL, we no longer have any influence on your term. If you have any questions about delivery and the shipping period, we ask you to contact DHL directly. If necessary, there may be deviations in the course of the Advent.
